Boss of the Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded, or sub pulled pork/beef)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Sauce Bros Boss of the Sauce BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños, cilantro, sour cream, or avocado for topping

Instructions

Mix the Filling:

In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with ¼ cup Boss of the Sauce BBQ until coated.

Build the Quesadilla:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla down and sprinkle with half the cheese.
  3. Add BBQ chicken mixture and red onion slices.
  4. Top with remaining cheese and second tortilla.

Cook It:

  1. Brush with butter or oil.
  2. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Slice & Serve:

  1. Cut into wedges.
  2. Drizzle with extra Boss of the Sauce BBQ and add toppings of choice.

Notes

Perfect game-day food! Serve with a side of ranch or sour cream for dipping and a cold drink.
