Honey Marinated Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, skin-on)
- ½ cup Sauce Bro’s Queen Bee Honey BBQ Sauce
- ⅛ cup honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional for extra depth)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or green onions (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat Grill:
Heat your grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat, around 400°F. - Prep the Salmon:
Pat salmon dry. Brush each fillet with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. - Mix the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together Queen Bee Honey BBQ Sauce, honey, and lemon juice.
Set aside about 2 tablespoons for serving. - Grill:
Place salmon skin-side down on the grill. Close lid and cook for about 4–5 minutes. - Glaze:
Brush the tops generously with the honey-BBQ mixture. Flip carefully and cook another 3–4 minutes, brushing again during the last minute for a glossy, caramelized finish. - Serve:
Remove from grill, drizzle with reserved glaze, and garnish with parsley or green onions. Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate in 2 tablespoons of Queen Bee Honey BBQ Sauce for 30 minutes before grilling.
