Honey Marinated Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, skin-on)
  • ½ cup Sauce Bro’s Queen Bee Honey BBQ Sauce
  • ⅛ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional for extra depth)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or green onions (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Grill:
Heat your grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
  2. Prep the Salmon:
Pat salmon dry. Brush each fillet with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Mix the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together Queen Bee Honey BBQ Sauce, honey, and lemon juice.

Set aside about 2 tablespoons for serving.
  4. Grill:
Place salmon skin-side down on the grill. Close lid and cook for about 4–5 minutes.
  5. Glaze:
Brush the tops generously with the honey-BBQ mixture. Flip carefully and cook another 3–4 minutes, brushing again during the last minute for a glossy, caramelized finish.
  6. Serve:
Remove from grill, drizzle with reserved glaze, and garnish with parsley or green onions. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate in 2 tablespoons of Queen Bee Honey BBQ Sauce for 30 minutes before grilling.
