Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Note: During peak seasonal periods or new product drops, processing times may extend by 1–2 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivers within 3 to 7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivers within 2 to 3 business days after processing.

3. Package Care & Packaging (Sauce Bottles & Jars)

We know liquid sauces and glass bottles require extra care. All order items are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure your sauces and seasonings arrive safely at your door.

4. Damaged or Leaking Shipments

Despite our best efforts, packages can sometimes suffer rough handling in transit.

If your package arrives with broken glass, leaking sauce, or severe damage:

  1. Please take a quick photo of the damaged package and items.

  2. Email the photo and your order number to Orders@saucebros.us within 7 days of delivery.

  3. We will immediately ship out a free replacement to you or process a full refund for the damaged items.

5. Address Changes & Order Tracking

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (depending on your checkout preference). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to register with the carrier.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address prior to placing your order. Sauce Bro's is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email us at orders@saucebro.us right away and we will try to update it before fulfillment.

6. International Shipping

  • [Option A - US Only]: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future!
