This website is operated by Sauce Bro's. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sauce Bro's. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

2. General Conditions & Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Consumable Products, Ingredients & Food Allergy Disclaimer

  • Ingredients: Full ingredient lists for our sauces and seasonings are provided on each product packaging and product listing. It is the customer's responsibility to review all ingredients prior to consumption.

  • Allergens: Our products are produced in compliance with standard food safety regulations. However, if you or anyone consuming our products has severe food allergies (e.g., peanuts, gluten, soy, dairy, nuts), please review product labels carefully. Sauce Bro's is not liable for adverse reactions, allergic reactions, or illness resulting from the consumption of our products.

  • Storage & Handling: Once delivered, items must be stored according to the instructions on the packaging (e.g., refrigerate sauces after opening). We are not responsible for spoilage or degradation of quality caused by improper storage after delivery.

4. Accuracy of Pricing, Products & Modifiers

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any sauce, seasoning, or bundle without prior notice.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, packaging, and descriptions of our products. However, natural variations in raw ingredients (e.g., chili pepper harvest heat levels, spice color shifts) may occur from batch to batch.

5. Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

 

6. Shipping, Loss & Delivery

  • Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), Sauce Bro's is not responsible for transit delays, stolen packages marked as "Delivered," or carrier errors.

  • Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for damaged goods reporting.

7. Recipes & User Suggestions

Any recipes, serving suggestions, or cooking guides provided on our website, social media, or marketing materials are for general informational purposes only. Customers are responsible for practicing safe food handling, proper cooking temperatures, and kitchen safety.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Sauce Bro's, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, arising from your use of any of our products or services.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, United States.
